Packages

There are many types of personal training packages on Long Island. There are both single sessions and monthly packages. Depending upon the package, you have the option of having a personal or group trainer visit you at your home. The sessions last for 60 minutes and are available in person at our Wellness & Recreation center. The first session comes with a comprehensive consultation. Sessions cannot be guaranteed during university holidays or academic breaks. The Semester Pass expires after six months. However, you have the right to attend three sessions per week.
